The wires of welded mesh are straight or with wavy bends (also called Dutch mesh). According to the shape of the mesh, it can be divided into: welded mesh sheets and welded mesh rolls. Welded mesh is used in industry, agriculture, construction, transportation, mining and other industries. So what should be paid attention to when using welded mesh? Generally, after the engineering party receives the welded mesh, it is usually rolled up, and when using it, it is necessary to take the appropriate size for construction. The external wall insulation welded mesh is generally finer in wire diameter (diameter 60#-90#). Do not fold it hard during use, because fine wire diameter and hard folding may cause open welding, affecting the construction quality.

There are also differences in the materials of welded mesh used in projects, which can be divided into hot-dip galvanized welded mesh, cold-dip galvanized welded mesh, and modified wire-drawn welded mesh. Among them, the modified wire-drawn welded mesh has a higher hardness and is more difficult to construct than the first two. Hot-dip galvanized welded mesh is easy to construct, has better flexibility, and must be flat after laying, and is less likely to be covered with dust.
