The use of stainless steel wire mesh is becoming more and more common. People know that stainless steel does not rust, which is why people like it. Many people think that stainless steel is rusty. In fact, stainless steel has excellent performance. The reason is that a passivation film is formed on the surface, which exists in the form of a more stable oxide in nature. And it is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and rust-resistant. Once it has been processed by us, the product quality is the best in the industry. But we still need to take good care of it in use to extend its service life. The trademark and film on the surface of the stainless steel wire mesh should be washed with warm water and weak detergent, and the binder components should be wiped with alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene). Stainless steel surface grease, oil, smooth oil pollution, with a soft cloth to wipe clean, and then use neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special detergent to clean. There are bleaching agents and various acids attached to the surface of the stainless steel. Rinse it with water immediately, then soak it with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda solution, and wash it with neutral detergent or warm water. If there is dust on the stainless steel surface and dirt is easy to remove, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water. Therefore, regular cleaning and maintenance must be carried out on the surface of stainless steel to maintain its gorgeous appearance and prolong its service life. When cleaning the stainless steel surface, care must be taken not to scratch the surface. Avoid using cleaning fluids with floating ingredients and abrasives, steel wire balls, grinding tools, etc. To remove the cleaning fluid, rinse the surface with clean water after cleaning. The part with weak ability in the passivation film on the surface of stainless steel forms a pitting reaction due to self-excited reaction, forming small holes, coupled with the approach of chloride ions, forming a strong corrosive solution, which accelerates the speed of corrosion reaction. There are also intergranular corrosion openings inside the stainless steel, all of which have a damaging effect on the passivation film on the surface of the stainless steel.
